Serangoon is a residential town and a planning area situated in the North-East Province of Singapore. Serangoon planning area is surrounding by Sengkang towards the northern side, Hougang towards the eastern side, Bishan and Ang Mo Kio planning areas towards the western side and Toa Payoh planning area towards the southern side. Serangoon region has seven subzones namely, Seletar Hills, Serangoon Central, Upper Paya Lebar, Lorong Chuan, Serangoon Garden subzone, Serangoon North subzone, and Serangoon Industrial Estate subzone.
Serangoon is a prime residential estate equipped with full facilities thanks to the recent developments in the region. Serangoon was a main Chinese settlement point in the early 1920s. Most of the areas in Serangoon that were occupied included the marshy and swampy area along river Serangoon, the rubber plantations, and the fruit gardens. Immediately development plans were designed in the 1960s, Serangoon began advancing and growing into a top preferred destination for residential estate investment.
Serangoon region is densely populated with an estimated residential populace of more than 75,000 people living in about 21,000 housing units comprising of residential flats, and apartments. Serangoon contains both private and communal housing components. The newly constructed communal housing units consist of residential flats and apartments within House Development Board estate. The New HDB estate has expansive housing units spreading to an area close to 8 square km, housing a majority of well-off Serangoon residents of Singapore origin.
Serangoon suburban town has all the amenities and the facilities that a modern residential village would need to guarantee a comfortable living. Some of the high-end amenities in Serangoon include educational centers such as schools and colleges, health care facilities and entertainment centers such as Cinemax, shopping malls, and theatre halls. Serangoon also boasts of having other different family-focused entertainment facilities like the Serangoon stadium and the Singapore Crocodile Farm which provide the perfect touring places.
Commercially, the Serangoon New Town area has witnessed a huge positive transformation with a considerable amount of business units coming up with the region. The area has seen huge investments in the real estate industry, merchandise industry as well as tourism field.
Serangoon has a well-established transport network in both road and railway transport. Both road and railway are designed, constructed and well-equipped to cater for the transport needs of the region’s residents. Serangoon is served by two Mass Rapid transit stations as well as the buses across the residential area.

Just state clearly your requirement and they will quote their price accordingly. Prices are reasonable for the level of service. Very satisfied with the service! I whatsapped them late yesterday evening and they were super responsive. Someone came by today and fixed everything very quickly. He even put a new plug on the application that was damaged by the fuse. Cost was also lower than I expected!
